For customers who don't know much about Hefei Smarter concentric stranding machine, the following is the introduction of concentric stranding:

Concentric stranding machine is mainly used for the twisting、pressing stranding of copper、aluminum cores, and can also be used for the production of high-voltage cable segmented strands, with a speed of up to 400 rpm, and different combinations of stranding bodies can realize the production mode of single and double discs, and the production efficiency can reach 3 times that of the frame stranding machine.

New Concentric Stranding machine is divided into two categories:

1. Single and double coils of a single wire;

2. Three wires;

The first type (single wire single and double reel): used for copper stranded wire, aluminum stranded wire and aluminum alloy stranded wire, etc., stranded or pre-twisted pressing of sector-shaped conductors and stranding of small cross-section steel wire ropes;

The second type: for twisting or pre-twisting of copper stranded wires and sectorial copper conductors.

19 (37) core single and double disc production mode cage structure is [6+12+24 structure].

   Single-disc mode

When producing 37 cores, the 6+12+18 structure is adopted, and the 24B cage is produced according to the 18B cage mode, which is a single-disc mode, and the stranded wire and rewinding cannot be carried out at the same time, and the stranded wire is stopped and rewound after the production is completed.

   Dual-disc mode

   When producing 19 cores, the 6B+12B structure is adopted, at this time, 6B don’t participate in stranding, Among the 12B, 6B are involved in twisting, and the other 6B are rewound at the same time. Among the 24B cage, 12B of them are involved in twisting, and the other 12B are rewound at the same time.

 Rewinding and Stranding are carried out at the same time, which is a double-disc mode.

   Features:

1: Double disc mode is suitable for small cross-section cables, mass production, high efficiency;   

2: The single-disc mode is suitable for large-section cables, with low labor intensity and fast relative frame twisting speed.
